2. Check availability
Then once decided - you will need to call or email us to check availability of a certain Chalet or Hotel.
3. Hold an Option or make a Reservation
If your chosen accommodation is available then it is advisable to hold an option. We will hold provisional bookings (Options) for 3 working days while you gather your final group together or get a booking form and deposits sent into us.
4. Send in Deposits
Send a deposit to our office. For bookings made within 10 weeks prior to departure, we will need 100% payment sent in immediately. We will inform you at the time of booking the amount of the deposit as different suppliers we work with request different amounts. It is the responsibility of the group leader to ensure we receive one cheque or bank transfer for all members of the group for the deposit and final payment.
Then what?
Once confrmed - we will send you a confirmation, invoices and holiday Information out in the post.
