Planning
Detailed planning is the key to the success of any event. John McFetridge as Director of The winter Adventure Company has a long background in event management having spent many years working at prestigious venues such as Ascot Racecourse and the All England Lawn Tennis Club. You can be assured that he will be totally focused on your event and ensure that every detail is covered.
Before you book we will provide you with a detailed proposal and breakdown of costs, and co-ordinate all the local suppliers for the event, so you have one point of contact to arrange everything.
We will be in regular communication confirming the fine points of the event and the details of each delegate's itinerary and will provide a clear breakdown of costs, expected extras and payment schedule. We will also be happy to assist with extras such as invitations, welcome gifts and delegate travel insurance.

In Champery
In Champery our team will ensure all the complex arrangements are taken care of, relieving you of all the potential hassles involved in getiing a large number of people on the slopes.
We will ensure that:
- All transfers are arranged prior to the event
- Deliver ski passes
- Organise and help with ski hire
- Co-ordinate ski instructors and guides
- Make lunch and dinner reservations
- Organise evening entertainment
We will also provide all the usual event management services in resort such as assistance with local transport, liasing with local suppliers and in general ensuring the smooth running of your event.

As well as having a great link into the Portes du Soleil ski area, Champery also offers a good range of activities for non-skiers. It is possible for us to book any of the below before your trip:

Pricing
Every event is tailored to our clients requirements and is therefore priced according to the chosen itinerary. Events will always be priced in Sterling and on a per person package.
