The Winter Adventure Company was established in 1996 by Finlay Kerr and John McFetridge. Today Finlay and John continue as directors and are very much involved with the day to day running of the business.

Both John and Finlay spend the winter season in the Alps helping to ensure your holiday is enjoyable as possible. They are always on hand to answer your questions, help plan your days skiing or perhaps negociate with the ski shop for your new pair of skis..in French of course!

As well as being keen skiers (Both are BASI qualified instructors) and lovers of the mountains they are also lovers of food and wine. John and girlfriend Alex spend their summers in the Languedoc region of SW France where their 18th century vignerons house runs as a Chambres D'hotes and cookery school from May until November. Finlay has chosen to stay in native Scotland and during the summer runs his own guest house at Crail in Fife.

John and Finlay transfer their knowledge taken from working in five star establishments and large events such as The Open, Wimbledon and Royal Ascot to these more intimate surroundings.
